Service Agreement

This agreement applies to project services requested through Radiotech ICT Experts. The final quote, scope, timeline, and selected payment plan are part of this agreement.

Online payment only. Radiotech does not accept cash or manual payment. Pay through the secure payment checkout supplied for your order. The payment system confirms successful payment automatically. Never hand cash to an employee or pay a marketer's personal M-Pesa number, bank account, or other personal account.

1. Scope and delivery

Radiotech will deliver the services and outputs described in the approved quote. The client will provide accurate requirements, access, content, feedback, and approvals promptly. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may require an additional quote.

2. Staged payments

For non-academic services, the client selects one of these plans in the quote request:

Each stage becomes payable when Radiotech marks that stage ready in the client portal. All installments are collected through secure payment checkout and payment is confirmed automatically. Work may pause if a payment is overdue.

3. Monthly maintenance

Following final delivery, the client receives a six-month maintenance grace period. No maintenance fee is charged during this grace period.

After the grace period, ongoing maintenance is charged every six months at the maintenance rate stated in the client contract or invoice. Each billing notice will be sent to the email address registered for the client account. The client is responsible for keeping that email address current.

This covers reasonable maintenance, updates, and support within the agreed service scope. New features, major changes, third-party charges, hosting, and work outside the maintenance scope are quoted separately.

4. Acceptance and changes

The client will review each milestone and provide feedback within a reasonable time. A milestone is treated as accepted when the client confirms acceptance or continues to use the delivered work without raising a specific issue. Changes to scope, timeline, or payment terms must be agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any specific terms in the approved quote. Amounts for work already completed, committed costs, or payment processing may be retained as permitted by the agreement.

6. Related documents

This agreement should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
