Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you:

• Request a quote, book a consultation, or apply for training, an internship, or a job
• Create a client account or order a service package through the Client Portal
• Chat with our website assistant
• Submit a natural resources trading, market entry, or overseas manpower request
• Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email

This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, service interests, budget and timeline details, project requirements, and the content of messages you send us. If you make a payment, a third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment details directly — we do not store your card or mobile money details ourselves.

We also automatically detect your general country of location from your IP address, used only to display prices in the appropriate currency (KES or an indicative USD estimate). We do not store this against your name.

How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests, bookings, and enquiries
• To deliver services you have ordered and manage your client account and projects
• To process payments securely through our payment provider and issue related invoices or contracts
• To follow up on conversations with our website assistant that indicate genuine interest in our services

Website chat conversations

Messages you send our website assistant are stored along with any contact details you share, so our team can respond to your enquiry. Messages are processed to generate replies. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat that isn't necessary to handle your enquiry.

If you submit an enquiry through a Radiotech promotion embedded on a partner website, we store the contact details and message you submit, the service you selected, and the partner page that displayed the promotion so our team can respond and measure campaign performance.

Cookies

We use a session cookie that is required for the site to function — for example, to keep you logged in to the Client Portal and to keep your chat conversation connected. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate our business: with third-party providers that support payment processing and communications, and with our own staff who need it to deliver your project. Partner websites host the campaign embed, while submitted enquiry details are sent directly to our site. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Verified Employees directory

Marketers are listed in the public Verified Employees directory only if they actively opt in. The directory displays their staff name, public phone number, town or county, and profile photo. Employees can turn off their listing from their marketer dashboard. Only active employees with an accepted employment contract and a complete, opted-in profile are shown.

Data retention

We retain quote requests, client account records, project history, and related communications for as long as needed to provide our services, meet contractual and legal obligations, and resolve any disputes. If you unsubscribe from outreach emails, we stop further contact but may retain a record of the opt-out to honor it.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to what we are required to keep for legal, contractual, or accounting reasons. Any outreach email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

To make a request, submit a concern through your Client Portal or contact us using the details in the footer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services change. The current version always applies to your use of the site.
